Al Capone Premium had established recognition within the market but lacked a clearly defined premium positioning strategy that reflected the calibre of brands carried in-store.
We restructured the brand's communication approach, strengthened visual consistency, clarified brand hierarchy, and developed stronger storytelling around key luxury labels including Rick Owens, Vetements, Givenchy and other premium designers.
